He aims to gather a hundred,000 signatures and force a Household of Commons debate around the problem.



Now he's calling for help.



Mr Rees said: "If a brand new organization seems to relocate to the South West they may not consider Plymouth since the motorway ends at Exeter.



"Exeter has a superior train and airport hyperlink to London but Plymouth doesn't, so if we extend the M5 we will make certain business enterprise growth and thus jobs within the city.
